Support for healing after experiences that have impacted your body, reproductive journey, or sense of safety.

Reproductive trauma refers to experiences related to fertility, pregnancy, birth, loss, sexuality, or reproductive healthcare that leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, powerless, or changed by what happened. You may be carrying grief, anger, fear, confusion, or a sense that your story did not go the way you expected. Whether your experience was recent or happened years ago, therapy can offer space to process what happened.

You might be here because you experienced:

  • Pregnancy loss, miscarriage, stillbirth, or termination for medical reasons

  • Primary or secondary infertility

  • Birth trauma (feeling unsupported, unheard, unsafe, or powerless during birth)

  • A traumatic or high-risk pregnancy

  • Sexual trauma that impacts your relationship with your body, intimacy, pregnancy, or parenting

  • Difficult reproductive healthcare experiences

  • Grief after an experience that others don’t fully understand

Therapy can help support you with:

  • Processing grief, trauma, and complicated emotions

  • Making meaning of your reproductive experiences

  • Rebuilding trust and safety in your body

  • Working through fear, anxiety, guilt, anger, or shame

  • Navigating pregnancy after loss or trauma

  • Healing your relationship with yourself and your story

  • Finding ways to move forward without minimizing what happened

My approach:

Reproductive experiences are deeply personal — and they are also shaped by relationships, healthcare systems, culture, identity, and access to support. I believe healing happens when we make space for the full story, including the parts that are complicated, painful, or hard to name.

Together, we’ll work toward understanding your experiences, honoring your grief, and creating a path forward that feels more grounded, empowered, and connected.
