Where Reproductive Care Meets Mental Health

Reproductive transitions don’t come with a survival guide- but they should! Whether you’re unexpectedly pregnant, trying to conceive, navigating menstrual or hormonal health challenges, processing an abortion experience, trying to survive postpartum, or reconnecting with your body after trauma, you deserve nothing less than nonjudgmental support.

As a perinatal mental health certified therapist and full spectrum doula, I bring both clinical training and lived experience supporting people through a wide range of reproductive transitions. Let’s explore your story, honor where you’ve been, and build a path forward that feels empowered + informed.

I help people who are struggling with…

Our Work Together

The vibe:

My style is warm, conversational, and deeply affirming. I bring humor and (occasional) spicy feminist rants into sessions, and I’ve been known to show up barefoot with an iced latte- no matter the season.

Our sessions will be filled with plants, natural light, and the smell of peppermint or burning incense. I’m always happy to offer a cup of lavender chamomile tea… and we never run out of chocolate.

The nitty-gritty clinical stuff:

As an eclectic therapist, I’m not married to any single modality. I weave together aspects of narrative therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, CBT, ACT, solution-focused & strengths-based therapy, and somatic practices.

I firmly believe that people don’t exist in a vacuum, so I take a systemic approach to therapy- which means we’ll explore how the systems around you (like culture, politics, capitalism, & societal norms) impact your mental health.

What to expect:

Our first session will be 60 minutes, ensuring extra time to build a plan for our work together. We’ll decide how often to meet, set goals, and determine if any other supports are needed. After that, all follow-up sessions are 50 minutes.

Insurances Accepted:

I partner with Headway to accept the following:

I’m committed to making perinatal therapy accessible to anyone who needs it. To help make this happen, I offer a sliding scale fee structure based on the green bottle method. Use the checklist below to understand which tier you fall into.

Location

My office is located in the Lower Garden District in New Orleans (near Coliseum Square Park). Street parking is readily available. Please note, my office is upstairs and (sadly) not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Babies are always welcome in session.

I also offer Telehealth sessions across the state. Due to licensing laws, clients must be physically located in Louisiana at the time of their session.
