Birth is more than a medical event- it’s a deeply personal and transformative experience. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to feel safe and supported during this transition, regardless of their identity, circumstances, or the way they choose to give birth.
Research shows that doula support is associated with improved birth outcomes, fewer interventions, and greater satisfaction with the birth experience. But doula care is about more than statistics- it’s about having someone by your side who listens, prepares, and reminds you that your voice matters.
THE COMPLETE BIRTH Package:

We’ll have three prenatal sessions, 60 minutes each, in-person or virtually. We’ll use this time to create a birth & postpartum plan, build your support system, practice different comfort measures, and discuss informed consent and advocacy skills so you feel prepared for birth.

Starting at 38 weeks, I am on-call and available by phone 24/7. When you are in active labor and ready for me to come, I’ll join you at the hospital (or birthing location) to facilitate comfort measures, advocate for your birth preferences, and be present for your delivery.

We will have two postpartum visits: a 30-minute virtual check-in within 72 hours of returning home (to see how you’re settling in), and a 60-minute in-home visit within the first 4 weeks to process your birth experience and address any concerns about infant feeding, postpartum healing, or newborn care.

Throughout your journey, I’ll provide comprehensive (and beautifully illustrated) information from The Educated Birth. You’re also welcome to borrow from my (always expanding!) library of birth books. We’ll discuss referrals to lactation support, pelvic floor therapy, mental health, support groups, and other resources if needed.

To help make doula care more accessible, I offer a tiered pricing model that allows clients to choose the rate that best reflects their current financial capacity. Every client receives the same comprehensive birth doula package, regardless of the fee selected.
Full rate: $1100
Supported: $925
Community access: $750
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at the time of signing to reserve your spot, and the remaining balance is due by 36 weeks. Payment plans are available.

Your medical team provides clinical care, while doulas focus on supporting YOU through the experience.

You’re the one that knows your body and baby best. A doula can offer education to help you understand all your options, so you can make informed, empowered decisions.

Doulas are NOT trained to measure cervical dilation, take blood pressure, interpret test results, or any other clinical tasks (that’s your doctor or midwife’s job!).

Even with a doula present, birth can be unpredictable- but you'll have support no matter how your story unfolds.

Yes. I support families everywhere birth happens: in hospitals, birth centers, or at home with a licensed midwife. My goal is to help you feel informed, prepared, and supported wherever you choose to give birth.

Yes, absolutely! Doula support is not about achieving a specific type of birth. My role is to support your choices, help you understand your options, and make sure you feel respected and informed. I’m here whether you plan to have an epidural, use natural comfort measures, schedule a cesarean, or something else.
And P.S.- all birth is natural. :)

At this time, I don’t accept insurance for doula services. If cost feels like a barrier, please reach out- I’m happy to discuss sliding scale options or connect you with trusted community resources that can help.

You deserve a whole team of people supporting you- not one person trying to do it all. I can either be your doula or your therapist. If you’re interested in both forms of support, I’m happy to take on one role and connect you with trusted, vetted professionals for the other- let’s build your dream team!

Because birth can be unpredictable, I limit the number of clients I support so I can be fully present for each one. I typically take on just one client per month- for example, one due in January, one due in February, and so on. This helps me balance the demands of being on-call while making sure I’m available and rested for your birth.
