Doula support rooted in autonomy, equity, & informed choice.

Birth and postpartum are more than medical events- they’re deeply transformative experiences. And research shows that doula support is associated with improved perinatal outcomes, especially for communities who experience greater risks due to systemic oppression.

I believe everyone deserves to feel safe and supported during these transitions, regardless of their identity, income, family structure, or the way they choose to welcome their baby. I offer inclusive birth doula support and postpartum care, so you can feel supported throughout your journey.

2.) Whole-person Postpartum Care.

While much of the focus after birth is on caring for your baby, parents deserve support, too! My approach to postpartum doula care combines practical guidance, emotional support, and evidence-informed education. I offer home visits to help support your healing through the fourth trimester.

I can help with…

  • postpartum healing

  • lactation

  • newborn care

Postpartum packages:

Families booking during pregnancy will begin with a required 90-minute Postpartum Planning Session ($150), which reserves your place on my calendar and helps us create a personalized plan for our work together. If your baby is already here, we’ll move straight into choosing a package.

Birth Equity pricing:

Everyone deserves access to doula support. Each year, I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee doula packages for families who face financial or systemic barriers to accessing care. This may include queer, trans, BIPOC, young, solo, or disabled parents, and others who have been historically pushed out by the medical industrial complex.

This tier can cover up to 50% of the standard package rate, depending on available funding. If you're wondering whether you qualify, reach out! My goal is to make doula care as accessible as possible, and I'm always happy to discuss your family's needs.
